Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping within Taiwan is free of charge for the orders value over 699 NTD. For the order value below 699 NTD , Nominal shipping fees of 90 NTD will be charged.

International shipping is free of charge for the order value over 1999 NTD. For the order value below 1999 NTD , Nominal fees of 240 NTD ( ~ 8 USD) will be charged.

All domestic Orders are processed within 3 business days and Customer shall expect delivery of goods within 5 to 10 business days within Taiwan.*

For International**Shipping Customer shall expect delivery of goods in 10 to 15 business days.

* COVID- 19 regulations might delay delivery of goods and Anahata Artisan wont be responsible in such cases.

* *Due to country specific regulations, we will not be able to ship to certain countries, in such case full amount will be refunded if order is placed.
